Meet Katie- our amazing buyer specialist!!!

Katie has loved real estate for many years and personally enjoys investing in it!! As a realtor she has been able to help many families accomplish their real estate goals, as well as personal goals that piggyback off of buying and selling real estate. Another aspect that has been detrimental to her success is her being an active-duty military souse, she understands the variables of moving a family, kids, schools, learning new areas, and the importance of having a solid support system. This all comes into play when working with Katie as her kind and compassionate professionalism is never lost on her clients. Being a part of Realist Homes allows Katie to work for you as a client and to bring you into the support system we have built in for our clients, with our systems/processes/admins apart of each step of the process. 

Here is a bit about Katie to give more insight into who she is:

I have a passion for helping buyers and know that I found the perfect career to do that in real estate!! I have moved many times with my husband’s career, we have had two wonderful children, multiple fur babies, and have loved the adventures we get to have. When I am not working, I enjoy sporting events with the kids, going to the track watching my family race dirt bikes, taking care of our animals (chickens are my favorite), cooking, and gardening when I can!! Looking back at the path our family has taken, all the experiences personally and professionally I have had has given me the ability to understand what our clients go through when making big moves/changing careers/finding the perfect place for our kids to be involved/etc!! When working with myself and our team, one thing I find fascinating is when clients say we have gone the extra mile for them …but really it is the way I believe all realtors should work for our clients!! I will work diligently to get you just what you are looking for, guiding you through the process- as well as provide you with the tools/support you need.
