Like many of my past, present, and future clients, I moved to the area in 2013 during my husbands PCS move. Prior to living in NC I had gained my MBA in Business Administration, got married, and became a mom!! Looking back on my professional background of finance and mortgages, I knew that I desired to find a career that involved not only my experiences- but also my passion for real estate.
After getting my broker's license I began to really dig deep to understand the fundamentals of successful real estate sales. Utilizing market knowledge and looking at the overall demographic of Onslow/Pender county home sales, I saw a huge need to bring a new type of exposure to selling homes and finding buyers the right home. I could see that some agents may have one or two or the pieces I believe are necessary to help all types of clients, but how was I going to master doing it all?? This was not a small task, especially when I was determined to always have the primary focus on the customer service, high end marketing, and results our clients deserve!!
Plan of action: I recognized the fact that one person could not do it all on the level you expect. So I set out to find the highly successful talent to bring in and formed a team!!! Each member of the team specializes in specific areas: Listings, Buying, Relocation, Investing, Customer Support, and Marketing!! Combining all of our resources we are able to focus on each client's needs, while always maintaining the level of professionalism we feel should be non-negotiable.
